Can I schedule computer training just for my company?
Yes!  As of September, 2011, all of our class sessions are company-dedicated, meaning that attendees in a class are from one company, with classes being scheduled according to the attendees' scheduling needs. We provide training at our site for two to five employees or at your site for a minimum of four employees.

Can you customize what is covered in the class?
Yes, we can teach selected topics from our various courses or add topics that are of special interest to you. We can also add exercises that are pertinent to your job/work environment to make the training even more valuable.  This class customization might be free or might entail a small fee, depending on the extent of the class customization.  Please contact us to discuss details and rates.

What are the prices for your computer training?
For two to four students, our standard class fee is $110 per student per half-day class. Discounted group rates are available for more than four students.   We offer a 10% discount for non-profit and governmental agencies. We also provide one-on-one training upon request.  Please contact us for pricing.

What time do computer classes run?
Most of our computer training is offered via half-day classes which run from 8:30am-12noon or from 1:00pm-4:30pm.  Upon request, we offer full-day sessions as well as one-on-one computer training.

Is the training 'hands on'?
Our training is hand on, with each student working on his/her own computer.  The instructor's computer monitor is projected onto a projector screen so that students can follow along with the instructor.

Will I receive any handwritten materials during class?
Handouts are provided to help you navigate the class.  The handouts also serve as your reference materials after class.

What methods of payment do you accept?  We accept payment by check.  
We do not accept credit cards at this time.
