What time do computer classes run?
Most of our computer classes are offered in half-day sessions, either from 8:30am-12noon or from 1:00pm-4:30pm.  Classes can be extended into full-day sessions upon request.  We also provide one-on-one computer training. View our descriptions and schedule of classes for more information.

What are the prices for your computer training?
Our half-day class fee is $110 per student.
Non-profit organizations receive a 10% discount upon request.
Group rates are available.  Please contact us for pricing.

Do you teach any other software than that listed on your schedule?
We mostly provide computer classes and one-on-one training in Microsoft Office products (versions 2010, 2007 and 2003), but we provide training in additional topics when requested.  Please contact us if you are looking for a specific topic that is not listed on our schedule.

Can I schedule computer training just for my company and can you customize what is covered in the class?
Yes, we can set up a class for your group to be taught at our office or yours.  We can teach selected topics from our various courses - or add topics that are of special interest to you - and can create written materials that is just for your company.  We can also add exercises that are pertinent to your job/work environment to make the training even more valuable.  Please contact us to discuss details and group rates.

What software versions will I be using?
We offer a variety of computer software versions. View our descriptions and schedule of classes for more information. Please be sure to inform us which version you use when signing up for a class.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
Just bring a pen and a paper.  You will be provided handouts to help you navigate the class.  

Is lunch provided?
No.  Complimentary coffee, tea and spring water is available throughout the day.  Snacks and soft drinks are available for a nominal fee as well.  For full-day classes there is generally a one-hour lunch break from 11:50 am – 12:50 pm. 

What should I wear?  Casual, comfortable dress is fine. 

What if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute to the class (please notify us prior to class if at all possible).  If you do not have a substitute, please provide us at least 7 days' notice prior to class.  No-shows will be charged the full class fee.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by check.  Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

What kind of after-class follow-up do you provide?
After you have completed a class, Data Solutions Plus instructors are available to answer questions through email or by phone.  You are welcome to retake a class up to 3 months from your original class date at no charge!  (The retake at no charge is based upon seat availability.)

Please Note:  If there are fewer than 3 registrants for a class, the class will be postponed.  In most events, students will be notified 1 week ahead of time; in all cases, students will be notified at least 72 hours ahead of class time if a class is being postponed.
